My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with varying levels of cleanliness on the small balcony chairs. The service was exceptional with staff going out of their way to assist and always maintaining a friendly attitude. The location was convenient for official meetings but lacked inclusive airport transfers for all guests. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially the Sunday brunch. Facilities were satisfactory with a focus on safety.
The hotel offers average-sized rooms with amenities comparable to other Hilton locations, but at a steep price of almost $400 per night. The staff are very friendly and helpful, offering various services from room service to wedding services. The location is convenient for official institutions and generally safe but lacks evening activities. The dining experience is good overall, but there are attempts to overcharge for breakfast. The facilities are well-equipped, including in-room coffee/tea service, and attentiveness to Honors members.
